PHYTASE FOR FEED
DESCRIPTION
The phytase is a class of phosphatases that catalyze hydrolysis of phytic acid (phytate) to myo-inositol andphosphorous (phosphate). With a unique structural profile, phytase hydrolyzes phosphates from phytic acidin a stepwise manner. Phytic acid is broken down to myo-inositol and inorganic phosphorus, andphytate-bound nutrients are released.
VALUE PROFILE
★ Degrade phytic acid in feed to release inorganic phosphorus to be used directly by non-ruminants;
★ Decrease levels of inorganic phosphorous in diets, reduce feed costs, offer flexibility in feed formulation and improve animal growth;
★ Reduce phosphorus waste from agriculture and decreases environmental pollution;
★ lmprove mineral and protein contents in feed for better animal growth;
★ Decrease the risk of heavy metal poisoning caused by dicalcium phosphate usage.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
FEATURES
★ Great physical and chemical properties with high phytase activity in the animal digestive tract;
★ Excellent thermo-stability to withstand high temperatures during feed pelleting;
★ PH tolerance and protease resistance to withstand gastrointestinal acidity and endogenous proteases;
★ Effectively enhances animal's daily mass gain , lowers feed conversion ratios and increases profitability.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES
With 5.000IU/g phytase, add 100-120g/ton to compound feed for swine and poultry,add 60-80g/ton to compound feed for layers. Use regular phytase for powder feed, and use thermostable phytase for pellet feed.
