DESCRIPTION
The pululanase MAX P-100 is derived from submerged fermentation of Bacillus licheniformis . This product has great acidity-tolerance and wide reaction temperature range for production optimization.Pullulanase is a debranching enzyme that thydrolyzez α-1,6-D-glycosidic linkages in liquefied starch to render linear polysaccharides.ltis highly effective against amylopectin and can increase reaction speed and glucose/maltose yields when used in concert with other enzymes such as our glucoamylase and β-amylase products.
FEATURES AND APPLICATION
Pululanase MAX P-1000 is widely used to optimized productions of beer,sugar , MSG and ethanol.This product allaws for increased yields, enhanced reaction rate under a wide reacting pH conditions.lt is suitable for production of >70% high concentration maltose syrup as wel as >96.5% high concentration glucose with maximized efficiency and effectiveness.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
1 One unit of enzyme activity (U) is defined as theamount of enzyme needed to hydrolyze pullulan torelease glucose at 60℃ and pH 4.5 in 1minute time.
APPLICATION EXAMPLES
STORAGE
Please store in a cool environment and avoid direct sunlight.The shelf life in normal conditions if sfored between 4-10℃ is at least 12 months.
PACKAGING
Standard packaging is 28kg/drum in plastic drums. Alternative packaging can be arranged tailored to specific preference.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS & PROTECTION
This product is non-toxic. Rinse with water for at least 15minutes if accidentally splashed on hands or in eyes. Seek additional medical assistance if necessary.
