Product Introduction
The fructooligosaccharide product (FB FOS MAX-90) uses Jerusalem artichoke root as raw material and locally hydrolyzes Jerusalem artichoke inulin through enzymatic process to obtain functional oligosaccharides with a polymerization degree of 2-8.
The product is white or slightly yellow powder with good dispersibility, slightly sweet taste, soluble in water.
Application areas
Juying fructooligosaccharides are recognized as typical prebiotics and soluble dietary fiber, and can be added to various foods (including infant formula) as food ingredients or nutritional fortifiers.
