Product Introduction
Fuda Biotech Medium Temperature α- Amylase MAX MA is refined by liquid deep fermentation using an excellent strain of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. It can randomly hydrolyze the internal structure of starch molecules α - 1,4-glucosidic bonds generate short chain dextrins of varying lengths and small amounts of low molecular sugars such as maltose and glucose, resulting in a rapid decrease in the viscosity of starch paste.
Application area
This product can be applied to the liquefaction of starch based raw materials in alcohol, beer, monosodium glutamate, starch sugar, fermentation industry, as well as in the textile, printing, dyeing, desizing, and feed industries.

Instructions for use
★ Production of maltose and monosodium glutamate: The concentration of the powder is 16-17 ° B é, pH is 6.2-6.4, 0.2% calcium chloride (calculated by weight of the raw material) is added, and the enzyme amount is 1.5-2.0kg/t (dry matter). The mixture is evenly mixed, at 85-90 ° C, and liquefied for 30 minutes.
★ Beer production: when rice and corn are used as auxiliary materials, first grind the flour to pass through the 40 mesh sieve, then add amylase after middle note the pulp in the gelatinizing pot, add 1.5kg/t of enzyme (dry matter), mix evenly, and liquefy at 85-90 ° C for 30 minutes.
★ Other industries: Generally, the enzyme dosage is controlled to be 1.5-2.0kg/t (dry matter), and the calcium ion concentration is 150 ppm.
Storage&Stability
Store at low temperatures and avoid direct sunlight. Under storage conditions of 4-10 ° C, the shelf life shall not be less than 12 months.
